Broken Link Crawler (SEO Check)FEATURE

A hidden 404 page can destroy your SEO and user experience. With our new Broken Link Crawler, Perch will automatically scan your monitor's homepage every 24 hours. If we detect any broken links (404s, 500s, network errors), we'll email you immediately so you can fix them before your users or search engines notice! You can enable this on the monitor creation or edit page.

AI Performance Advisor (Core Web Vitals)FEATURE

Perch is no longer just about uptime! Enable the AI Performance Advisor on any monitor to run a deep daily Core Web Vitals check. We track your Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO scores over time. If your score drops, our proprietary AI will instantly analyze the results and provide actionable, code-level advice on exactly how to fix the regressions.

SSL Certificate Expiry MonitoringFEATURE

Prevent unexpected downtime from expired SSL certificates! Perch can now monitor the SSL certificates of your endpoints. Simply enable the feature on any monitor, and we'll fail the check and send an alert if the certificate expires within your specified threshold (e.g., 7 days). You can even see the exact number of days remaining directly on your dashboard.

AI Import: Create Monitors from ScreenshotsFEATURE

Tired of manually creating monitors? You can now use our AI Import feature to instantly generate monitor configurations by simply pasting a screenshot or block of text. Perch will automatically detect the URLs and suggest the perfect monitor settings.

Visual Checks (Screenshots) on Incident PagesFEATURE

Perch now supports capturing screenshots when an incident occurs and when it recovers. Simply enable the Visual Check toggle on any HTTP monitor, and our headless browsers will snap a picture of exactly what your users see during an outage.

Smart URL Spell-CorrectionIMPROVEMENT

We've added a smart URL formatter to the monitor creation page. If you accidentally type htps:// or forget the protocol entirely, Perch will automatically correct it behind the scenes before saving.

Dynamic Status Pages for Paused MonitorsFIX

Public status pages now correctly reflect when your monitors are paused. Instead of showing a misleading 'All systems operational', the status page will display a gray 'Operational (Some paused)' or 'Paused' badge to accurately reflect your maintenance windows.
